Ingredients
- 150 g of mango that is ripe (fresh or frozen)
- 120 g fresh or frozen pineapple
- 200 ml of low-fat coconut milk (or almond milk)
- 1 serving of collagen powder (as per the manufacturer’s instructions)
- The juice of half a lime
- A few ice cubes
- A few fresh mint leaves (optional)
Preparation
- Cut the mango and pineapple into pieces if you are using fresh fruit.
- Pour the fruit into the blender.
- Add the coconut milk, lime juice and ice cubes.
- Add the measured amount of collagen powder.
- Blend for 30 to 60 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately in a large glass.
- Garnish with a mint leaf, a piece of mango or a slice of pineapple.

- For an even creamier texture, use frozen fruit.
- Add half a banana if you’d like a more filling smoothie.
