At SASHINAH, we make it a point of honor to ensure smooth, controlled logistics.
Each order is carefully prepared in our European logistics center, then dispatched by our partner carriers selected for their reliability, speed and on-time delivery.

Our products are delivered throughout the European Union, as well as to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and other eligible destinations outside the EU.
Delivery costs are automatically calculated when you place your order, based on your address, basket contents and available delivery options..

✍️ Home delivery with signature option: available in certain eligible countries. This option allows you to receive your order by hand only. This option is automatically proposed when you place your order, if it is available for your country.

Note: for countries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are payable by the customer.

Zone 7 – International & DOM-TOM
Delivery charges are calculated automatically according to destination and package weight.
Indicative delivery time: 5 to 12 working days.
Any customs duties and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

* Delivery with signature: only available if offered by the carrier in the country concerned.

* Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods (holidays, Black Friday, special offers, etc.).

Delivery is free from an amount defined according to your delivery zone.
The applicable threshold is displayed directly in your basket before validation.

⚠️ Important: if you use a coupon code, the free delivery threshold applies after deduction of the discount. Make sure that the final total remains eligible.

Please note: international destinations, including French overseas departments and territories, are not eligible for free delivery, even with a promotional code, due to specific logistical costs and customs formalities.
Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

When you place your order, the postage costs are calculated automatically according to your destination country, the contents of the shopping basket and the available delivery options.
Our system automatically applies the most favourable rate the most favourable rate, without any action being required on your part.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.

Important: tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier‘s tracking page. If no details appear immediately, simply wait before checking again.

Didn’t receive the e-mail?
The tracking number is also available in your customer area, section My orders.

In the event of an error when entering your address, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the correction, if your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched.
Once shipment has been confirmed, no address changes can be made.

We strive to ensure that every SASHINAH experience is smooth and true to your expectations.
If you’re not completely satisfied with a particular product, here’s what to do.

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

For the return to be accepted, the products must be :

  • New, unopened and unused;
  • Preserved in their original, undamaged packaging;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Exceptions:

  • Products unsealed after delivery, where this is required for reasons of hygiene or safety (any product that has been opened, opened or whose seal has been broken cannot be returned);
  • Customized products or products made to customer specifications.

After notification of your withdrawal, you must return the products within 14 calendar days of your request.

Before sending, please contact our customer service department at hello@sashinah.com to obtain the return authorization and the address of the logistics center.
*Packagesreturned without prior authorization will not be reimbursed.

  • Pack your products carefully, and send them with tracking.
  • Until the goods are received by our teams, the transport risk remains with the sender.

For fast processing:

  • Indicate your order number on/in the parcel;
  • Use protective packaging;
  • Keep the proof of deposit until you receive our confirmation e-mail.

Each return is subject to quality control (traceability & conformity).

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the following cases:

  • Preparation error (incorrect product or part number) ;
  • Product damaged on receipt ;
  • Package lost by carrier.

In such cases, SASHINAH will cover the full cost of the return, and will proceed with an exchange or full refund, depending on your choice.
Returns are processed within 3 to 5 working days of receipt.

* In the case of defective or damaged products, photos may be requested to speed up processing.

Once we have received and checked the returned goods, we will reimburse you within a maximum of 14 calendar days of your notification of withdrawal.
In accordance with the directive, we may defer reimbursement until the goods have been recovered or proof of shipment has been provided, whichever comes first.

Refunds are made via the same payment method used to place the order.
If your purchase included a promotional code, gift card or discount voucher, the corresponding portion will be credited/reactivated according to the conditions of the original offer.

* You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the return has been validated and the refund has been processed.
