How do I place an order?

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times depend on the carrier and your country of residence. In general, please allow a few working days to receive your carefully prepared parcel. When you place your order, an indicative estimate is displayed. With our logistics partners, we are committed to ensuring fast, reliable delivery throughout Europe.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow the progress of your parcel in real time.
Important: tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s page. If no update appears immediately, please wait and check the link again later.
Didn’t receive the e-mail? Go to your customer account to find the tracking number associated with your order at any time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your parcel has not left our warehouse. Contact us quickly by e-mail at hello@sashinah.comand we will take the necessary steps to modify or cancel your order. Due to our fast shipping, we advise you to notify us immediately in case of error.
What if there's a problem with my order?
If your package is damaged or an item is missing, please contact us via hello@sashinah.com or directly from your customer account, enclosing a photo. Our team is committed to providing you with a prompt, friendly and transparent solution.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments via the following methods:
- Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
- Electronic payment wallets, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay.
- Direct payment via customer’s bank (depending on country).
The proposed options are automatically displayed when the order is placed, depending on the country and the payment method available.
To guarantee transaction security, certain operations may be subject to enhanced authentication via the 3D Secure protocol, in accordance with current European regulations.
Can I delete or modify previously saved bank details?
Yes, you can change or delete your payment details at any time by logging into your customer account under “My registered card”.
Bank details are processed and stored securely by our payment service provider, and are never stored directly on the SASHINAH website.

Promo codes & vouchers
Promotional codes apply an immediate reduction to the amount of your order.
The free delivery threshold is therefore calculated on the total after application of the promotional code.
Vouchers and gift cards, on the other hand, are considered a means of payment.
Their use does not affect eligibility for free delivery.
I have a discount code. How can I use it?
Enter your code in the appropriate field during checkout, before confirming payment.
Important: discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with any other current promotional offer. They do not apply to packs or products already discounted.
Please note: for orders benefiting from free delivery, the minimum amount required applies after deduction of the promotional code.
Remember to check the conditions of use: some codes may only be valid for a given period or on a selection of products.
Can I use more than one discount code?
No. Only one code can be applied per order.
Codes cannot be combined with each other or with any other promotional offer.
Each code can be used only once per customer, unless otherwise stated.
I forgot to enter my discount code. What can I do?
Once the order has been validated, it is no longer possible to retroactively add a discount code.
If your code is still valid, you’ll be able to use it on your next order before it expires.

How do you integrate your products into everyday life?
Our products are designed to fit easily into a varied, balanced diet, as part of a healthy lifestyle. Depending on their form, they can be diluted in water, a cold or hot drink, or added to your usual recipes (smoothie, yoghurt, dish…). Be sure to follow the instructions for use indicated for each product.
Can I take several food supplements at the same time?
It all depends on your specific needs. Some formulas can be combined, while others need to be taken at intervals throughout the day. We recommend that you follow our instructions for use for each product, and seek the advice of a healthcare professional in case of doubt, ongoing treatment or special condition. Our customer service team is also available to help you.
How long do your products keep after opening?
Most of our products can be kept for several months after opening, provided they are stored correctly. Well-sealed packaging and a dry, temperate place are all that’s needed to preserve their quality and properties.
Are your products organic?
Our products are not certified organic. Nevertheless, we prefer natural ingredients, rigorously selected for their quality and compliance with current standards, to guarantee transparency and reliability. Purity and high standards remain at the heart of our approach. It should be pointed out that the organic label mainly governs production conditions and does not guarantee the concentration of active nutrients. In some cases, active or stable forms of vitamins and minerals are preferable, as they ensure precise, consistent and reliable dosages. Our commitment is to offer the most appropriate solutions – whether from natural sources or optimized forms – to meet the specific needs of each supplement.
How to store your products
To preserve their full quality, our products should be stored in a cool, dry, dark place. Close the packaging tightly after each use, to guarantee their purity and effectiveness over time.

Are your products vegan?
Part of our range is vegan, while other products are not. The composition of each product is clearly indicated, so you can choose with confidence.
Are your products allergen-free, gluten-free or lactose-free?
Some of our products are gluten-free and lactose-free. Any presence of allergens – such as fish or egg – is clearly indicated on the label, in compliance with European regulations.
