1. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h5>

In accordance with the applicable consumer protection regulations in the European Union (Directive 2011\/83\/EU, transposed locally), the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the ordered Product(s) to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for their decision or bear any costs other than those related to the return of the Products.The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the Customer themselves (excluding the mere recipient), by sending an email to the following address: hello@sashinah.com<\/a>, or by using the standard withdrawal form below.<\/p>

3. Return Procedures<\/strong><\/h5>

Once the withdrawal request is received, Customer Service will provide the Customer with the postal address to which the Products should be returned. Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days following the notification of withdrawal.

Return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer, in accordance with the pre-contractual information provided on the Site.

Products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, without having been used beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, and in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, instructions, and labeling.<\/p>

4. Refund<\/strong><\/h5>

The refund for the returned Product(s) will be made no later than fourteen (14) days after effective receipt of the Products or after receipt of proof of shipment of said Products, the earlier of these two dates being retained.The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method, without additional costs to them.<\/p>

5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h5>

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011\/83\/EU on consumer rights, transposed into applicable national law, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to Products:– Supplied according to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized;– Likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;– That have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;– Inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;– Supplied as digital content not provided on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the Customer’s express prior consent and their express waiver of their right of withdrawal.<\/p>
